"DANCING BREAK" is what it says it is—a little break to loosen up a little. Sitting in front of a computer, a projector, or any screen can get make you a little sleepy. "NATURE" is the name of this lesson in which Torsten E. Klimmer, the creator of this Omananda Signature Course, shares some of his Personal Experiences about how nature can be helpful in regards to integration and inspiration.
"SPIRITUALITY" takes an analytical approach towards healthy relationships with non-religious spirituality, which involves connecting with the cosmic principles that underlie all dimensions and realities. These principles can be thought of as the fundamental laws of the cosmos, which govern the behavior of all matter and energy. You'll be introduced to some key components that can form the foundation of a healthy relationship with non-religious spirituality.
